Beef Bacon BLT’s

The best taste of summer is a BLT, in my opinion.

It’s a fond memory I have with my Grandma Joyce who would buy the freshest tomatoes, paired with bacon, lettuce, and wheat bread for a refreshing summer meal.

I never imagined I would be enjoying a BLT with bacon raised here on our own farm one day!

Our beef bacon is available year-round in the farm store.

Beef bacon comes from our brisket that they smoke, like they do the pork belly (for pork bacon), then slice it thin like they do pork bacon.

You can prepare beef bacon how you do your pork bacon.
