During the sale you’ll place a deposit on the pork you need this year, either a bundle or a share!

What’s the best choice for my family?

Pork Bundles may be the best choice if you:

  • Have a small family

  • Have limited freezer space

  • Cannot pick up shares in Union City

We offer three types of pork bundles, available for pickup at our farm store. These smaller-sized options are ideal for small families or those with limited freezer capacity.

Pork Shares would be best if you:

  • Would like to purchase in large quantities

  • Want to customizable cuts based on your preferences

  • Have a larger family

  • Have ample freezer space

  • Can pick up in Union City during scheduled dates

2025 Pick-Up weekends include:

  1. Sept Fri 12th & Saturday 13th

2. Sept Fri 26th & Saturday 27th

3. Oct Fri 17th & Saturday 18th

Pick-up during Farm Store hours:

Fridays 2-6 pm & Saturdays 10-3 pm

Your pick-up weekend will be assigned to you after you order. Once assigned a weekend for pick-up, you could always pick-up the following weekend, if needed.

Pick up weeks are ASSIGNED upon paying your deposit.

Cost:

1/2 share deposit: $150

Whole share deposit: $300

Remainder due the week pigs go to butcher

Pay processing fee to Countryside at pickup

Countryside will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
